Tara Harp, APRN -  CNP of Stigler recently opened Triad Complete Healthcare, a primary care clinic at 802 East Main  in Stigler. Harp brings 20 years experience in health care, serving in various places in virtually every aspect of patient needs. During that time, she spent 14 years at Sparks, now Baptist Hospital in Fort Smith, then another 3 years at Stigler Health and Wellness Center.

She is a graduate of Whitesboro High School. In 1997 she earned her LPN at KTS Talihina, and later her Nurse Practitioner credentials at Arkansas Tech University, Russellville.
